What level should I start on?

Moov Run & Walk programs have difficulty levels for everyone. Whether a beginner or advanced runner, you can increase the level to your desired speed and distance by swiping up and down on the live screens. During the recommended intervals, Moov will also suggest difficulty levels based on your performance.

Depending on the program, raising your level will either lengthen the distance or the interval time, as well as shorten the goal pace and increase cadence. The goals of each level can be viewed on the “Goal” page within the program once a level is selected. The higher the level, the harder the Moov coach will push you to reach your goals.
