How do I improve connection on my Android phone?

Some Android systems have disconnection issues more than others.

When a Bluetooth device is paired but not used, Android Bluetooth services run into problems.

When you run into this problem, we suggest forget/unpair all Bluetooth devices in your Bluetooth settings.


Follow these steps:

Step 1: Shut down other apps that use Bluetooth.

Step 2: In settings, tap Bluetooth, and then tap "Unpair all devices" settings.

Step 3: Tap forget or unpair all devices.

Step 4: Turn Bluetooth off, wait 10 seconds, turn on in settings.

Step 5: You should now return to a Moov app and reconnect your Moov.

Step 6 (optional): Restart your phone.
