Growing up as a swimmer, Meng a knack for perfecting her form. As an athlete, she dreamt of having a personal trainer who could help her streamline her exercise. In the summer of 2013, she suffered an injury due to bad form and the need for an ever-present personal training device became clear. The opportunity came when she joined former Apple and HALO engineer Nikola Hu and former Nokia Hardware engineer Tony Yuan. They first met at Microsoft Research where they invented a sensor based motion game controller. 8 years later, together, they created Moov, a device that boasts 9-axis motion sensors devoted to helping you workout better and safer.
