Where do I leave feedback when reporting issues to Moov support?

If you are experiencing issues with the app, it is very useful to developers to be able to view your encoded data to target what is causing the issues.


If you encounter problems during a workout, please leave us feedback within the report for that workout.

  1. On the Highlights tab of your report, scroll to the bottom and tap LEAVE FEEDBACK.

  2. A pop-up will appear that says “Talk to us!” Choose “I have some feedback.”

  3. Explain the issue you have been experiencing and press “Send.”



We will send a response to the email tied to your Moov account. If you would like for us to contact you at another email address, please mention it in your message.
